Hine Collection is a fresh new women’s activewear company based in Hamilton, New Zealand, who have been experiencing rapid growth in the past few years. This can be exciting but also overwhelming for a young company. We got on board with the company’s vision and goals to help them navigate this growth and establish better systems and processes for future success.

Like any company who experiences rapid growth the CEO was finding she was far too consumed with the details as opposed to working on the creative direction for her brand. We assisted her to establishing better reporting processes, more robust financial projections, better pricing systems for each clothing drop and improved management reporting.

This work has led to up to date financial information being available and therefore a better understanding of the company’s cash position. In return this has created more capacity for the CEO to be working on her business as opposed to in her business allowing for growth in different areas and an increase in sales.
