A 20 year relationship and still going strong.

C&R Developments is one of New Zealand’s leading civil earthworks and bulk earthmoving contracting companies and we have been working together for over 20 years. During that time we have provided a variety of services to Tim Ross and his team. From month to month profit and loss, debtors, cashflow and wages.

Recently the team came to us to improve the reporting on individual jobs for the monthly management meeting. We worked on job costing, forecasting and variance reports, resulting in the team being able to have a truer understanding of the profitability of jobs and greater insight into the performance of jobs.

The outcome of this body of work has led to a better understanding of where the company is making money and the ability to adapt in a changing climate. It has also given the team greater confidence in the staff and the management’s performance.

Ultimately it has led to more meaningful financial information allowing the team to spend time doing what they do best.
